To meet this challenge, our firm orchestrated a comprehensive digitalization by developing a custom corporate website, fundamentally focused on user experience (UX/UI) and the optimization of conversion funnels. We structured the information architecture to highlight the broker's three main areas of expertise (Auto & Motorcycle, Health & Travel, Real Estate & Construction) through intuitive and streamlined interfaces. Dynamic and specific quote request forms were integrated for each risk category, allowing clients to detail their needs in a simple, guided manner. The visual interface was designed to be both modern and reassuring, reflecting NAVID's role as a trusted intermediary. Technically, the platform was rigorously optimized for local search engine optimization (SEO), ensuring a prominent ranking for strategic queries related to insurance in Côte d'Ivoire.

The insurance sector in Côte d'Ivoire is highly competitive and still relies heavily on traditional interactions. NAVID Assurance, a key brokerage player in Abidjan, faced the major challenge of digital transition to modernize its operations and expand its reach among individuals and businesses. It was imperative to design a digital platform capable of demystifying complex offerings such as all-risk construction insurance, decennial civil liability, or international health coverage, while immediately establishing a climate of trust. The real challenge for our firm lay in the ability to transform an offline consultation and negotiation process into a seamless online experience, allowing for the effective capture of qualified prospects and facilitating custom quote requests in a highly professional environment.
