Following the redesign of its multilingual digital storefront, the GROW-CI firm needed complete autonomy to manage and update its content on a daily basis. Standard off-the-shelf CMS solutions (such as open-source platforms) often prove to be too bloated, vulnerable to security breaches, or unsuited to the specific workflows of a top-tier financial consulting firm. The major challenge was to design a custom "Console Administrateur" (Administration Console) from scratch. This management workspace had to centralize the management of editorial content, prospect tracking, and multilingual data administration, all through an ultra-intuitive interface requiring a minimal learning curve for the firm's non-technical internal teams.

It stands out as the only market player to merge strategy, financial engineering, marketing, and digital transformation into a single, cohesive, and results-oriented support system.

To support the operations of this major player and overcome the technical challenge related to managing their platform, Vendoprone developed the "GROW-CI ADMIN" interface, a proprietary, lightweight, and highly secure back-office environment. We structured the dashboard around a clear lateral navigation menu, providing direct access to specific business modules: "Blog", "Projets" (Projects), "Offres d'Emploi" (Job Offers), "Rendez-vous" (Appointments), "Newsletter", and "Messages". To manage the bilingual aspect of the site centrally, a dedicated "Traductions" (Translations) module was integrated. The user experience (UX) was maximized with the inclusion of a "Raccourcis Actions" (Quick Actions) panel, allowing recurring tasks to be executed in a single click, such as "Rédiger un article" (Write an article), "Publier une étude de cas" (Publish a case study), "Modifier les traductions" (Edit translations), or "Voir la boîte de réception" (View inbox). Finally, real-time counters allow administrators to monitor "Messages non lus" (Unread messages) or published "Articles de Blog" (Blog articles) at a glance.
